Below are the Standard Terms & Conditions for Hotel Reservations.

Children
Children under the age of sixteen may share their parent's room for £15.00 per child, per night inclusive of Full English Breakfast, use of the Leisure Facilities and VAT. For your comfort, families are advised to share a Deluxe bedroom.
PLEASE NOTE: Children under the age of sixteen are not permitted to use the gymnasium at anytime and must vacate the swimming pool by 6pm each evening.
Additional Charges
Two night breaks are based on two adults sharing a twin/double room. Additional adult(s) sharing the room will be charged at £25.00 per person, per night inclusive of Full English Breakfast, use of the Extensive Leisure Facilities and VAT. Leisure Facilities are included in all rates. There is a charge for guests who wish to use the solarium.

Cancellations
Should you cancel any reservation, deposits will only be refunded if we are able to re-sell your accommodation or if we receive 30 days notice or more before your arrival date.
Arrival and Departure
Rooms will be available from 1.30pm onwards on your day of arrival.
Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of your departure.
It is Park Farms policy to pre authorise your credit/debit card or pay cash for the full amount of your stay upon your arrival.
Deposits
A deposit of £25.00 per person is required to confirm any reservation made.
VAT
All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%. Should the government increase this rate we will increase our prices accordingly.
