Christmas Menus Terms & Conditions
Confirmation
All reservations must be confirmed in writing within two weeks of the provisional booking along with the initial deposit payment.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of £5.00 per person is required to confirm your lunch or dinner reservation with full payment being required four weeks prior to the reservation date. A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person will secure your Christmas Day or Boxing Day reservation. All deposits are non transferable.
Cancellations
Payment made in full, less the deposit, will only be refunded in the event of the places being sold.
Dietary Requirements
Should you have any special dietary requirements, please confirm with the hotel in advance. We will be pleased to cater for all needs.
Accommodation
Don't drink and drive - stay over! Christmas Dinner Dance Special Rates.
£42.00 per person sharing a Standard double room. (£62.00 single occupancy)
£46.00 per person sharing a Deluxe double/twin room. (£66.00 single occupancy)
£48.00 per person sharing an Executive double room. (£68.00 single occupancy)
Inclusive of full English breakfast and use of the indoor leisure facilities.
Christmas Break Terms & Conditions
Prices are per person and are based on two people sharing a twin/double bedded room. Prices for additional nights are per person per night and are inclusive of full English breakfast, use of the leisure facilities and VAT.
Children
Prices are based on children sharing parent’s room. Please note that children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the gymnasium at anytime and must vacate the swimming pool by 6pm.
Cancellations
Should you have to cancel your reservation, your deposit will only be refunded if we are able to re-sell your accommodation or written cancellation of your booking is received at least 60 days prior to the date of your arrival.
Christmas Party Nights
Includes crackers, poppers, balloons and streamers with dancing until 1.00am with our resident disco. Please note that children under the age of 16 are not permitted into the dinner dance.
Disabled Facilities
The function room and the dining room are on the ground floor and have good disabled access. There is a disabled cloakroom available.
Dress
It is requested that lounge suits be worn. Jeans are not permitted into the dinner and dance party night.
Service
Service is not included and is left to your discretion.
VAT
All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.
Single Room Supplements
There is a single room supplement of £30.00 per room per night.
Deposits
A deposit of £50.00 per person is required to confirm your reservation.
