INFORMATIONA Message For Our Visitors

At Park Farm Hotel & Leisure, we value the positive personal relationship we have with all our guests and visitors. With this in mind, we feel that it’s important to assure you of the stringent and thorough procedures we have in place, to help protect the people staying with us and the staff working within our hotel in the wake of COVID-19.

We have an excellent Health and Safety team who have drawn up and implemented comprehensive and stringent health and safety protocols to protect both our guests and our employees.

In addition to wanting to ensure our guests remain healthy, we also want you to be comfortable and confident when choosing to visit us.

To help put our guests’ minds at ease, we would like to remind you of our flexible cancellation policy. Now when booking with us on our standard bed and breakfast rate you can cancel up to 10am on the day of your arrival. Any special offers, reservations with a deposit or a non-refundable rate paid will be held for a future booking when this is cancelled or amended outside of the normal terms and conditions. This relaxed policy is currently available for any stays due to arrive before the 13th of April 2020.

We recognise that the situation is worrying but we would like to reassure you that we are closely monitoring the developing situation and following Government guidance to ensure you can enjoy the visit you deserve.

We are very much open for business as usual and will communicate any significant changes to our normal service on this page.

We would advise you to check the Gov.UK website for the most up-to-date information: http://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-information-for-the-public

If you have a booking and are impacted by this advice, have any symptoms of Coronavirus or have any concerns please call our team who will be happy to help on 01603 810264

When visiting our hotel, we would ask all our guests to take the following sensible Government Advice:

  • Washing hands regularly. Wash hands for at least 30 seconds and use an alcohol-based hand sanitiser if soap and water are not available. https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/healthy-body/best-way-to-wash-your-hands/
  • Maintain good hygiene practices such as using tissues when coughing or sneezing and disposing of the tissue in a bin and then washing your hands again.

We assure you of our very best service and attention at all times.
