Q. Do you have free Wi-Fi?
A. Yes the entire hotel has free wireless internet access including every guest bedroom.
Q. Are non-residents permitted to use the hotel facilities?
A. Yes certainly. Anyone is welcome to dine in our restaurant, bar conservatory area, or just come in for a refreshment. Our leisure centre also allows day visits and has a monthly membership programme.
Q. Do you have a car park? Is it free to use?
A. Park Farm Hotel has ample free parking with over 200 spaces all of which are free of charge.
Q. Do you have a lift?
A. We do not have a lift in the hotel. However all of the hotels public facilities are wheelchair accessible and we have many ground floor rooms suitable for the less abled.
Q. What are the hotels check in and check out times?
A. Check in is guaranteed anytime after 2pm. Check out is by 11am. Later check out and earlier check in can be arranged directly with the hotel. (subject to availability)
Q. What difference is there between your room grades?
A. Generally the higher grade bedrooms are larger and have more amenities. For example our Deluxe bedrooms all have larger bathrooms with a separate bath and walk in shower, with many on the ground floor having outside seating and patio areas. Q. Is breakfast included if I stay with you?
A. Yes breakfast is included in our standard packages. However should you wish to make a bedroom reservation without breakfast of course this can be offered.
Q. Are your beds made with sheets or duvets?
A. We have a mixture of bedrooms with both options. Should you have a preference please let us know before your arrival and we will be more than happy to accommodate your request.
Q. Do your bedrooms have irons and ironing boards?
A. Yes every bedroom has an iron and ironing board.
Q. Do you have family rooms?
A. Yes we have many family rooms that can accommodate extra beds, sofa beds and cots.
Restaurant and Bar
Q. Is your menu in the restaurant different to the menu in the bar?
A. Yes the restaurant menu consists of either 2 or 3 courses with coffee. The bar menu consists of many dishes, with lighter options like sandwiches and wraps available. (please note that bar meals are not served Saturday evening and Sunday lunchtimes to non-residents)
Q. What time do you serve Lunch and Dinner?
A. Restaurant Lunch is served 12:00 - 2:00pm Bar Lunch is served 11:45am - 2:15pm
A. Restaurant Dinner is served 7:00 - 9:30pm Bar Dinner is served 6:00pm - 9:30pm
Spa and Leisure
Q. What facilities are included within the leisure centre?
A. Gymnasium, swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, steam room. Spa treatments and use of the sunbed do incur additional charges.
Q. Do the leisure centre provide towels?
A. Yes the leisure centre towels are provided free of charge for all residents. Should you be using a leisure day pass or you are a member you would incur a 50p charge.
Q. Are children allowed in the swimming pool?
A. Children are welcome to use our swimming pool. All under 16's must be accompanied by an adult at all times and we kindly ask that they vacate the pool by 6pm.
Q. What are the opening and closing times of the leisure facilities?
A. Monday - Friday 7:00am - 9:00pm Saturday - Sunday 8:00am - 8:00pm
