Only 23 Tim has been inspired following a bright start to his career enjoying work experience with the renowned Savoy Hotel in London. It is here his real passion for Afternoon Tea was sparked.
Tim left us a few years ago to start what would be an enlightening year at the Brasserie Chavot. The well regarded Mayfair restaurant boasts a Michelin star and certainly left a lasting impression upon Tim.
Never to rest on his laurels Tim took part in another bout of work experience at Tom Aikens Restaurant, again rubbing shoulders with the Michelin star elite.
