Review summary from over 1500 of our customers

Over the last 2 years we have received over 1500 reviews from across the big world wide web. From Facebook to TripAdvisor and many other websites you may not have even heard of.

Using our handy little tool from our partner TrustYou we are able to track every time our name "Park Farm Hotel" is mentioned (only online obviously, by phone or email would just be creepy).

This information is invaluable when gauging customer satisfaction and discovering what areas we may need to improve. We believe there is no better source of feedback on our services than from our previous customers.

We send all our guests a survey by email a few days after their hotel break. These reviews regardless of their score or comments are then published on our website. From within our TrustYou service we reply to these reviews and really see a clear picture of whats working and what isn't in real time.

Your comments (well most of them) have a genuine influence on how we continually improve the level of service and hospitality we offer our customers.

With an average score of 92% over the last 24 months we like to think we know a thing or two about customer satisfaction, but for us the journey to excellent customer care is never complete and there is always ways to improve, adapt and fine tune.
