From the 19th July, we are taking another step towards ‘normal’. We are certainly looking forward to restrictions lifting, however we are very aware that the safety of our guests and our staff is paramount. We are still welcoming guests who have only recently started venturing out in public, and we feel it is our duty of care to keep some restrictions in place to ensure everyone feels safe, welcomed and relaxed during their visit.  

 

We will therefore be adapting our restrictions in line with government guidance…

· Our staff will continue to wear face coverings whilst serving guests

· The NHS track and trace, as well as our own system will still be available to use 

· Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the hotel

· Frequent cleaning of public areas and touch points will continue

 

We are lucky to be located in the countryside, with lots of outdoor space, so outdoor dining will continue throughout the summer. We are not taking bookings for outdoor tables, however if you would like to make a reservation for a table inside, you can do so here or give us a call. 

As is the case with all hospitality venues, we are experiencing staff shortages across all departments. It is also clear that the Track and Trace isolation policy will unfortunately impact our staffing levels. Our teams are working tirelessly to offer you the best service they can under the constraints and we are so very grateful to them. We would appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. As has been highlighted since we re-opened, a little kindness really does go a long way!
