Terms and Conditions
Dining terms- All group bookings (tables of 8 or above), functions, festive lunches, dinners and dinner dances are excluded. 10% off dining excludes drinks. Excludes Twixmas break and all accommodation packages that include food. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. Discount can be used a maximum of five times per customer. The hotel reserves the right to refuse a discount at its own discretion.
Spa terms – 15% spa discount applies to new bookings made from 8th October to 30th November 2019 and redeemed before March 2020. One discount per customer, which must be presented upon arrival. Valid for full priced treatments and not against spa packages or treatment offers. Full payment taken upon booking. Treatments subject to availability. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. Discount can be used a maximum of five times per customer. The hotel reserves the right to refuse a discount at its own discretion. Instructions for receiving the discounts are located in the respective sections of the app.
Accommodation terms – *Suite Sundays, Month of Love and Twixmas are excluded from the 10% seasonal discount. The hotel reserves the right to refuse a discount at its own discretion.

“My husband and I don’t get to go away just the 2 of us very often so I always try and find someone nice when we do have the opportunity. This place didn’t disappoint! The receptionist was friendly and my husband commented to me that she seemed happy to be there and like she really enjoyed her job which must be a good testament to the place! We were upgraded to a boutique suite which was a pleasant surprise and the suite we had was perfect. As soon as we opened the door the smell was lovely and the 2 complimentary bars of local chocolate was a lovely touch as was the complimentary wash bag. We made use of the leisure facilities and stayed relaxing for about 2.5 hours. The bed was very comfortable and the room stayed dark during the night. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of options. We definitely hope to return one day.”
